An average of three different [out-of-school] children sit on Oakbridge Foundation school fence every day. Some have never been to school, some have been sent off for none payment of school fees, some have no idea if they’d ever go to school (because their parents can hardly meet basic feeding and clothing needs, talk less of sending them to school).
